Collaborate Good is a nonprofit that cares about people living meaningful and satisfying lives. We care about people and personal values that benefit both individuals and communities. Our efforts are focused on deepening relationships in Coworking environments and creating candid discussion forums on value driven topics. Some common questions from our Conversation Matters connect with decision-making, avoiding regret, relationships, and how we evaluate truth. Each discussion forum is intended to help people examine their own beliefs and engage respectfully with those who hold differing perspectives.
We’re convinced that we need more in-person conversations than online dialogues that draw out the ugliest parts of us. We’re also convinced that we need to think deeper about our values and beliefs rather than dismissing any difference as superficial. There are significant worldview differences worth exploring and much on which we can also agree. We want to move people toward each other in more honest and caring relationships as we discuss what really matters to us.
Collaborate Good is founded on a Christian worldview that leads us to value all persons - even those with whom we disagree, because they are created with unique worth by God. It is the message of Jesus’ undeserved love for the world that motivates us to care for all people, to respect differing perspectives (because we do not have all the answers), and to invite friends to consider love as the greatest force for good in our world.
Caleb Crutchfield began Collaborate Good in 2019 after an eight-month experience at a coworking location in downtown Dallas in 2018. Through this experience, Caleb thrived in these unique work environments as a natural connector of people. With a strong desire to help people connect with each other and live meaningful lives, Caleb was stirred to launch Collaborate Good. Though having a variety of vocational experiences, Caleb’s primary education and vocation has been as a Christian pastor. Caleb has been married to Lindy Jo for eleven years and has three high-kinetic sons. As an Enneagram 2 (or possible 7), Caleb loves helping others and inserting as much fun as possible into the day. His favorite activities include meeting new people, finding humor wherever possible, exploring cultural topics, learning how ideas impact lives, and pursuing what it takes to become a better a man, husband, and father.
